Sev Stuffed Paratha

Ingrediants

1 cup Namkeen Sev(alu bhujia of Haldiram or any other)
1 Onion(finely chopped)
1 Teaspoon of chopped green chillies
2 cups of Flour for paratha
2 Tablespoon Oil to fry paratha
2 pinches of salt

Method

Kneed the wheat flour with water to make paratha and keep it separate. Now mix the sev, chopped onions and chillies with 2 pinches of salt in a bowl. Take a small ball of kneeded flour and flat it to make a small roti. Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture in it and fold it well applying some oil to it. Then flat it again slowly so that thes stuffing does not come out. Heat the Tava or the pan, put two table spoon of oil or ghee to make the paratha. Serve it hot with sauce or green chutney.

Source of this reciepe is Sanjeev Kapoor's cookery show in Zee TV. I liked the receipe a lot and take hardly 5 minutes if the kneeded flour is ready. Very good to taste and easy to cook.

Enjoy the paratha and do let me know how you all liked it.
